I cannot convey how pleased I am with the professional service provided by Dan Moss. I thought I needed a new facet for my tub/shower but he told me he could fix the leak and give me a new easier to use handle instead of replacing the facet with shower fixture that would have cost $1,000. He was pleasant and respectful to my home. And all 5 jobs took less time than I anticipated and turned out better than I could have hoped. He is a gem of a plumber.

Working in the construction / remodeling industry the past 20 years, I've been around a lot of plumbing companies. Well, until I met Mr Dan several months ago and started using his company, I had no idea a plumbing company could be so well put together and professional. From the quality of work to the overall experience, I can not say enough!

My tankless water heater quit working so I called Absolute. They began talking me through a checklist of things I could do to resolve the issue instead of scheduling a plumber to come out. The first thing they mentioned was the problem and I took care of it. They could have made some money, but opted to help me as much as they could over the phone at no charge. For this alone I recommend them.

Dan Moss, owner of Absolute Plumbing and Boiler, did an exceptional job installing a gas line for a new gas oven. He explained the options and discussed the codes that he had to follow for the installation. I was able to observe him during the installation under the house and in the kitchen. Everything was done in a very professional manner. His job site was left clean after the installation. The charge for what he did was very reasonable. I highly recommend him if you have any type of plumbing work to be performed.

Dan was awesome! Responded within minutes via text, called and gave me assessment over phone with estimate, and was able to come and fix my issue within the same day. Great service and experience. Will be using again for plumbing issues!
